Job Title: Cardiac Care Specialist

Join Cynet Health as a Cardiac Care Specialist in our esteemed Step Down Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to cardiac patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage cardiac patients in a fast-paced Step Down Unit environment
  • Rotate shifts every two weeks to ensure adequate coverage and flexibility
  • Guaranteed work every other holiday to ensure a healthy work-life balance
  • Participate in comprehensive orientation, including 20 hours of non-billable training
  • Complete onsite fingerprinting and badging prior to start date

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in Cardiac Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit
  • Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License
  • Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH
  • Pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
