Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Tranzeal Incorporated. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to our platform, cloud technologies, and software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data to identify potential causes of issues and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud technologies, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as JavaScript
