Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through the execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. This role involves a variety of operational activities, including maintaining a visually distinctive and well-organized store environment, minimizing shortages, and adhering to policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standard
  • Maintain a visually distinctive and well-organized store environment
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards
  • Build a repeat customer base through excellent service
  • Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events
  • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner
Personal Qualities
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance
  • Demonstrate professional image and conduct
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management
  • Communicate concerns to management
Operational Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures
  • Observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention
  • Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management
Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor
  • Comply with visual presentation standards
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise, as needed
