Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Ontario Mills store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a great shopping experience for our customers, while assisting with sales floor operations, visual merchandising, and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and cleaning the store.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including setting up displays and arranging merchandise to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including operating a cash register, processing credit card transactions, and handling customer payments.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
