Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Prompt Service to Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build Strong Relationships with Customers: Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints in a tactful and prompt manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Exceed Customer Satisfaction: Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction and brand Customer Survey Score Cards by ensuring the quality and promptness of all parts requests.
  • Complete Training Programs: Participate in training programs and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor Shop Conditions: Ensure that the shop is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process Orders: Pull and fill orders from stock, and set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
Requirements
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Process-Driven Individual: Be a process-driven individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mathematical Skills: Possess strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
  • Experience in Auto Parts Sales: Have at least 1 year of experience in auto parts sales (preferred).
