Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring that accounts are administered in accordance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct client meetings and communications with management to ensure effective plan adoption and ongoing administration.
  2. Arrange and perform on-site employee enrollment and education meetings for retirement accounts administered.
  3. Assist in the oversight of Employee Benefit record-keeping functions, including required participant and plan sponsor reporting, plan compliance testing, and IRS filings.
  4. Assist in conducting sales meetings and presentations to groups to develop new business opportunities.
  5. Stay up-to-date on legislation and regulatory developments affecting employee benefit administration.
  6. Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training.
Requirements:

This role requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of related work experience or the equivalent. Certification from an accredited employee benefits school is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
