Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to our clients, answering their questions, resolving issues, and proactively communicating with them.
  • Program Performance: Coordinate business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, facilitate client requests for changes or enhancements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Business Growth: Identify growth opportunities for clients and collaborate with internal teams to implement new client programs and features.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in client relationship management, with a strong background in loan servicing, collections, consumer operations, or finance.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
