This role may require travel to various service centers as necessary.

Overview:

The Office Support Specialist will provide essential administrative assistance within the Business Operations sector, supporting multiple leaders in Gas and Electric Distribution across different sites. Responsibilities may encompass support for field management, operational tasks, or specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll functions, including rectifying system errors and processing timesheets.
  • Ensure accurate timekeeping in accordance with union agreements.
  • Handle Accounts Payable tasks, including the creation and processing of purchase requisitions.
  • Perform reconciliation of purchase card transactions.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Process check requests and sort incoming mail.
  • Execute other related administrative duties as required.
  • Physical tasks may include lifting and carrying items weighing between 5-35 lbs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, understanding their administrative needs and requirements. A commitment to adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines is essential for success in this role.
