We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Sourcerers Staffing & Consulting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our neonatal patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and technical procedures to a group of normal-to-high risk infants.
- Manage neonatal caseload with physician consultation and collaboration.
- Serve as patient and family advocate in identifying healthcare needs and actions for neonatal cases.
- Coordinate pre- and post-operative care activities for normal-to-high risk infants.
- Support neonatal units during crisis situations.
- Utilize planning, implementation, and evaluation in formulating neonatal diagnosis and intervention.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in neonatal care.
- Masters degree in nursing.
- Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) required at hire.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License (Hawaii).
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
- Minimum one (1) year of Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting.
- Preferred 2 years of Neonatal NP Experience working in the last 2 years.
- Valid Hawaii APRN Recognition with Prescriptive Authority for Hawaii State APRN prescriptive authority.
