Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Sourcerers Staffing & Consulting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our neonatal patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and technical procedures to a group of normal-to-high risk infants.
  • Manage neonatal caseload with physician consultation and collaboration.
  • Serve as patient and family advocate in identifying healthcare needs and actions for neonatal cases.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-operative care activities for normal-to-high risk infants.
  • Support neonatal units during crisis situations.
  • Utilize planning, implementation, and evaluation in formulating neonatal diagnosis and intervention.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in neonatal care.
  • Masters degree in nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) required at hire.
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License (Hawaii).
  • Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum one (1) year of Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting.
  • Preferred 2 years of Neonatal NP Experience working in the last 2 years.
  • Valid Hawaii APRN Recognition with Prescriptive Authority for Hawaii State APRN prescriptive authority.
