- Minimum two years of experience in neonatal care.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- One year of experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
- Valid Hawaii APRN Recognition with Prescriptive Authority.
