About the Role:

ANB Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Bank President to lead our team towards achieving our primary objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing branch objectives, policies, and strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Represent the bank in key community activities, including business, charitable, non-profit, civic, and social organizations.
  • Provide direct guidance on personnel activities, including salary administration, incentives, and department performance objectives.
  • Oversee operations of the bank and assigned divisions, ensuring that measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
  • Provide direct supervision of bank staff, including hiring, development, performance review, and disciplinary counseling.
  • Dispense advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established bank policies and senior management approval.
  • Assist with the establishment of current and long-range objectives, plans, and policies of the assigned bank, as directed and approved by senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, development, and develop strategic plans for the assigned bank to reach these goals.
  • Coordinate lending activities through guidance and direction of senior management in lending departments.
  • This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
  • Deliver quality of service as defined by department standards.
  • Maintain consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, banking regulations, and bank policies and procedures related to the position.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
