Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team at United Bank. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with their banking needs, including processing transactions, managing accounts, and referring to affiliates.
- Process loans, open new accounts, and cross-sell services to meet customers' financial objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate work assignments for the branch staff and supervise daily branch operations.
- Assist in coaching and developing branch employees to ensure excellent customer service.
- Associate's degree or equivalent two-year college or technical school.
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to build relationships, follow instructions, learn new tasks, and follow-up.
- NMLS Unique Identifying Number.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
