About the Role

As a Business Banking Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank, you will play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals. Your primary responsibility will be to build, develop, and manage new and existing relationships with business clients, providing financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach each day with a single purpose – to do the right thing by our business clients to help them achieve their vision for success and the lives they want to lead.
  • Assess and attend to clients' banking needs, obtaining and processing client and account information, educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships and deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Four to five years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong relationship management and business development abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure, with a preference for knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company.
