Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, supervision, and training of a skilled team within the Accounting Division to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor and engage in daily operations of the Accounting Division, ensuring compliance with financial deadlines.
- Deliver comprehensive training to staff to meet the evolving demands of the organization.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including all Balance Sheet schedules, and swiftly address any discrepancies.
- Maintain oversight of the financial health of enterprise entities.
- Conduct strategic data analysis, research, and modeling to support senior leadership.
- Review and validate project costs and margins, aiding in the formulation of pricing strategies.
- Support project evaluations, confirm plans, and efficiently manage ad-hoc requests.
- Oversee the organization's financial accounting systems, ensuring their performance and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in audits as necessary, providing essential support and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Experience in marketing or agency sectors is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Collaborative team player within the organization.
