Neuro Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Critical Care team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and expertise to make informed decisions and take appropriate action in high-pressure situations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding and alignment of care goals.
