Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the Neuro ICU, utilizing your specialized knowledge and skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in a timely and effective manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

- The ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
