Neuro Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Critical Care team at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and utilizing your specialized skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in our Neuro Critical Care unit. You will be working with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including neurological and cardiovascular stability
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current state RN license or multistate compact license
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification
- Current American Heart Association PALS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
