Job Summary
Sal's Wholesale is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Officer to drive growth of our franchise stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and marketing, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive franchise growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective franchisees
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales efforts and promote company programs
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress

Requirements
10+ years of experience in sales or marketing and a Bachelor's degree
Strong leadership skills with a successful track record in sales
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with customers and suppliers
Comprehensive understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
