We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team at Commonwealth Motors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service, and helping them find the perfect vehicle.


As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will be responsible for answering their questions, providing them with product information, and directing them to the appropriate resources. You will also be responsible for following up with leads, participating in team development sessions, and utilizing our CRM tracking system.


We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, a team player attitude, and excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with new technologies and innovative products, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications:

  • At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
  • Team player attitude
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Bilingual a plus
