About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care and implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and provide patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers
  • Order, interpret, and record results of clinical tests and report to physicians
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Associate degree in nursing or related field
  • Experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
