We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. In this role, you will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to assess, plan, and provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assume overall responsibility for patient flow within the office setting
- Obtain and review outside medical records and test results from referring physicians
- Develop and implement a plan of care in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Perform routine testing, including EKGs and phlebotomy
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide patient education on office policies, medications, and disease management
- Assist healthcare providers with exams and minor office procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in nursing
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
