Sensis is in search of a Bilingual Social Media Specialist with up to two years of experience to bolster our DC Earned Media team. Key Responsibilities

  • Championing brand identity across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest by actively engaging with audiences.
  • Creating and managing editorial calendars to streamline the publishing workflow.
  • Crafting compelling social media content tailored for various platforms and demographics.
  • Interacting with the public by efficiently handling direct messages, comments, and other community interactions.
  • Tracking mentions across social media channels to enhance reporting and identify engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the creative team to source and produce visual content.
  • Utilizing existing resources to maintain a vibrant presence on social media platforms.
  • Providing actionable insights to brands through analytics to influence overall communication strategies through detailed reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or community engagement
  • Comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape, industry best practices, and analytical tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media Analytics Tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
