Sales Director

This role is focused on driving new sales results and achieving sales goals in partnership with a defined group of distribution partners.

The key responsibilities will include establishing and executing effective growth and distribution business plans, developing strong relationships with existing distribution partners, and identifying target prospects to successfully solicit new Securian business.

As a Sales Director, you will lead the Affinity Solutions sales efforts with a defined group of distribution partners in the financial institution market. You will work closely with internal associates to articulate client and distributor needs and direct the effective and timely completion of Securian product proposals and marketing plans.

You will also conduct joint sales presentations with distribution partners, serve as a Securian product and service expert, and support distributor client sales.

Compensation:

The estimated base pay range for this job is $60K - $115K. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc.

This job may also be eligible for a performance-based incentive program.
