About the Role

ICI New Orleans is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Account Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
