Job Title: ETL Developer
Location: Whippany, NJ - Hybrid
- Design and develop ETL processes using Ab Initio to support data warehousing and data integration projects.
- Collaborate with data architects to design data models and database structures.
- Develop and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources.
Data Quality and Integrity:
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data processing lifecycle by implementing data validation and quality control measures.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to support real-time and batch data processing.
Performance Optimization:
Optimize ETL processes for maximum performance and efficiency by implementing best practices for data processing and ETL design.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to ETL processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, design specifications, and operational procedures.
Create and deliver reports and presentations on ETL process performance and outcomes.
