Job Overview

The Marketsmith team is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Solutions Specialist to cultivate and nurture strong working relationships across internal agency and client teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative marketing solutions while maximizing agency resources to deliver against client goals.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Manage internal budgets, labor hours tracking, and reporting to ensure profitability
  • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to track trends, creative, media, and new product introductions
  • Lead the development of status reports, financial estimates, and media planning and buying reports
  • Collaborate with the analytic team to ensure client data is captured and dashboards are created/updated

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years experience in an agency or related environment managing $800K - $1.5M in billings
  • Action-oriented entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on outcomes
  • Experience with marketing analytics to establish KPIs and measure/report on an ongoing basis
  • Eagerness to think differently and roll up sleeves to solve problems
  • Courage to question everything and link work directly to business outcomes
