We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Perfection Solutions Staffing, LLC. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Select and administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Functional Analysis, to determine the best course of treatment for clients.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, and discharge summaries, to ensure seamless client care.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions, ensuring the highest level of client support.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to develop individualized programming tailored to each client's unique needs.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • Ability to work with integrity, adhere to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
