**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Hopebridge in Chapel Hill, NC. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to develop essential skills and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with ASD.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans and monitor progress.
  • Conduct daily progress notes and review behavior plans to ensure effective implementation and outcomes.
  • Work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create a comprehensive and supportive treatment plan.
  • Celebrate successes and milestones with children and families, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure continued progress.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
