Job Summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to manage the relationship between our company, clients, and associate employees. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide a support service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our client partners, anticipating staffing requirements and developing value-added services to support changing client needs.
  • Manage all aspects of field employee employment, including coaching, counseling, and removal from assignment, as well as maintaining related support functions.
  • Manage timekeeping for associate employees and run required reports for the branch and client.
  • Find creative, proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safety.
  • Represent our organization at the client work site.
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Staffing and recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • High levels of motivation and self-direction.
  • Ability to work with people from all socio-economic strata.
  • Ability to work after hours and on weekends if necessary.
  • Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift.
