Job Overview

Pakio, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services to meet customer needs
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and respect, escalating when necessary
  • Implement marketing directives and sales strategies on a local level to engage customers and develop relationships with our brand
  • Track and report key performance indicators to measure success in the market
  • Collaborate with upper-level management and the sales team to evaluate customer service tactics and improve closing ratios
  • Work closely with compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience from outreach to product delivery and installation
  • Adhere to company and client privacy policies when handling customer information
  • Regularly attend and actively participate in training sessions, networking events, and conferences
  • Expand into a recruiting capacity and develop training programs to teach and train others
