Customer Support Lead

Pakio, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to meet customer needs
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and respect, escalating when necessary
- Implement marketing directives and sales strategies on a local level to engage customers and develop relationships with our brand
- Track and report key performance indicators to measure success in the market
- Collaborate with upper-level management and the sales team to evaluate customer service tactics and improve closing ratios
- Work closely with compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience from outreach to product delivery and installation
- Adhere to company and client privacy policies when handling customer information
- Regularly attend and actively participate in training sessions, networking events, and conferences
- Expand into a recruiting capacity and develop training programs to teach and train others
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team or independently
- Comfortable speaking with customers and managing time effectively
- Desire to grow personally and professionally, with a willingness to take on new challenges
