Nursing Practicum Program Manager

Job Overview:
Post University seeks an experienced and skilled Nursing Practicum Program Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, preferably with a doctoral degree.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practicum programs that meet the College's practice experiences requirements.
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and Academic Leadership to plan, organize, supervise, and ensure students' success in each program's practice experience requirements.
- Work with third-party clinical scheduling programs to allow facilities to approve student attendance.
- Maintain accurate student records in Typhon and the LMS for PE documentation management.
- Verify preceptor's qualifications and approve or deny preceptors.
- Review request for practice experience for appropriate activities and hours.
- Review preceptor evaluation of students and student evaluation of preceptor.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, doctoral preferred.
- Preferred experience in academia, clinical nursing, leadership, or administration.
- Must possess an unencumbered Registered Nursing License.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in nursing practice, education, or leadership.

Licenses & Certifications: Unencumbered Registered Nursing License.
Work Environment: Flexible remote work arrangement, with the ability to work from a home office or alternative workspace.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.
Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Preferred Skills: Experience with clinical scheduling programs, knowledge of accreditation standards, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
