Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and confirm the facts of loss for complex Homeowner's Claims
  • Determine coverage, damages, and adjust claims within the limit of authority
  • Create comprehensive estimates of damages for complex first-party homeowner claims
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
  • Negotiate settlements and make settlement payments

Requirements

  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate electronic devices, including computers, cameras, and cell phones
  • Advanced skills in time management, organization, and working under pressure

Compensation

Compensation for this role is $59,800.00 - 90,540.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
