Job Summary

Employbridge is seeking an accomplished Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our team of skilled engineers and technicians. As a key member of our contract manufacturing business, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from initial inquiries to production delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of managing technical teams and interfacing with customers and suppliers. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary technical interface for customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor and coach engineers and technicians to help them grow in their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
