Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Estimating Lead to join our team at William Charles Construction.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the firm's estimating activities, including pre-bid attendance, bid management, cost databases, estimating software, and implementing/improving all estimating practices.
  • Direct, plan, organize, and coordinate functions inherent to a manager/supervisory position.
  • Conduct project meetings/huddles as needed to communicate project requirements.
  • Establish timelines and estimating goals for effective and timely submittals.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration on estimates between all disciplines and parties.
Requirements:
  • Proven high-level construction estimating experience, as well as leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proven management experience, a history of leading, teaching, developing, and mentoring others successfully.
  • Demonstrates solid presentation skills and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
