Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on mental health topics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic patient care, including discharge planning and aftercare support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree from an accredited program.
  • Active and unencumbered RN license.
  • 1+ years experience in behavioral health settings, preferably inpatient or outpatient environments.
  • Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications and administration protocols.
  • Able to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Compensation Package
  • $52,830 - $155,064 per year, depending on experience.
