As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents to evaluate and treat physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on how to manage their conditions and improve their overall health.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
