Position Overview
As a key leader in our organization, the Nuclear Operations General Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of skilled and semi-skilled trades personnel. This role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of projects within the nuclear sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, assign, and evaluate the performance of trades staff based on their skills and experience.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance the quality and efficiency of work performed by employees.
  • Develop actionable plans from broad strategies and ensure that all personnel are adequately trained to execute these plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all technical specifications, including adherence to drawings and procedures.
  • Oversee manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations that significantly impact the company's financial performance.
  • Monitor job performance and budget adherence across all shifts.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess either a Bachelor’s degree or an apprenticeship with a minimum of four years of experience in production supervision, or a non-Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of combined experience in production supervision and/or related fields.
