Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in project development, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop and approve project plans
* Perform pre-bid reviews and estimating support
* Conduct sales to operations turnover meetings
* Manage project plans and ensure effective execution by the project team
* Monitor progress and ensure compliance with project plans

* Prepare or oversee the preparation of business requirements documentation and system baseline documentation
* Utilize systems development life cycle and project management methodologies
* Prepare or oversee the preparation of engineering re-estimate reports and financial forecasts
* Manage progress billings, pursue timely payments, and authorize payments to suppliers and subcontractors
* Obtain bids and select reliable product manufacturers, subcontractors, and consultants
* Participate in project meetings and manage close-out documentation

Requirements:

* 5+ years of project management experience
* Experience in running security projects
* Must have some construction experience running low voltage, structured cabling, security, or electrical contracting projects
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
* Critical thinking capabilities
* Detailed understanding of engineering and software development methodologies
* ITIL certification recommended
* Strong knowledge of IT project management process and industry fundamentals
* Excellent contracting skills
* Strong leadership, listening, verbal, and written communication skills
