Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily field operations for wellhead services.
  • Lead teams in wellhead installation, maintenance, and testing.
  • Coordinate with clients to meet project needs and adjust schedules.
  • Resolve operational challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel and equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
  • Minimum 1 year of line experience in oil and gas field operations.
  • 5+ years in operations management or a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas industry.
