Job Summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide temporary support to our team. This position involves working with students who have significant communication needs, and we are looking for a professional to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students with significant communication needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students' speech and/or language goals.
  • Assist case managers with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and identify areas for growth.
  • Collect data to measure student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate staff and community training on communication disorders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders.
  • Eligible for IDFPR license in the state of Illinois.
  • Eligible for a Professional Educator License (PEL) in the state of Illinois.
  • Preferred experience in a K-12 setting, particularly with students who have significant communication needs.
