Field Service Engineer

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to our polyurethane equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering and sales, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Travel to customer sites to perform repairs, installations, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and service requests.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Frequent travel required (up to 50% of the time).
