About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Relations Officer to join our Development team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure financial support from corporate partners.

Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Identifying potential partners and cultivating relationships.
  • Securing financial support through event sponsorship, programmatic funding, cause-marketing promotions, and workplace giving.
  • Managing corporate sponsorships, including maintaining records, tracking contacts, and communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience working with the LGBTQ community and familiarity with issues relevant to LGBTQ people.
  • A passion for the Center's work and its mission.
  • Minimum 4 years' development, marketing, and/or brand partnership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

This is a full-time, exempt position. The estimated salary range for this role is $87,879-$92,762 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and 403(b) retirement plan.
