Job SummaryThe Campus Engagement Manager will be the first point of contact for all engagement on the LKIC campus, working closely with multiple stakeholders to facilitate campus member onboarding, relationship engagement, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Campus Member Recruitment & Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for potential Campus member inquiries, providing tours and answering questions from prospective members, and facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Campus Community - Programming and Events: Develop strong relationships with Campus Members through regular check-ins and occasional member surveys, implementing Campus events and programming to engage tenants and the broader cleantech ecosystem.
- Campus Event Coordination and Execution: Coordinate Campus member event booking, planning, and execution with on-site logistics, offering exceptional service to Campus Members and outside organizations.
- Visitor and Tour Experience: Host tours for the general public, school groups, international groups, and LADWP stakeholders, explaining the history of LKIC and its benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field, or relevant years of experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and 3-4 years of event coordination/marketing/sales/property experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, gSuite, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
- Must work five days a week in Downtown LA Office.
- Ability to have an active role in events on campus, some events may require standing for long periods of time, setting up/break-down, and lifting up to 30lbs.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $54-64k commensurate with experience, education, and skills, including health benefits, 401(k) plan with match, paid parking, and commuter benefits.
