About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pedagogical Specialist/Educator to join our team at ZephyrTech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care and Education of Children: Provide high-quality care and education to children, promoting their overall development and well-being.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging and effective educational programs, taking into account the unique needs and interests of individual children and groups.
  • Parent Partnership: Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child's educational journey.
  • Conflict Resolution: Utilize empathy and effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and provide emotional support to children.
  • Program Planning: Organize and lead project-related outings and leisure activities, promoting socialization and skill development.
Requirements
  • Education and Training: Hold a degree in education, social work, or social pedagogy, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Qualities: Demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and creativity in working with children, as well as reliability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
