Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Engineering Manager who excels in developing scalable applications and systems with advanced technologies. This position demands a robust engineering background and a proven history of delivering successful outcomes within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, this role involves shaping Madison Logic's engineering vision, mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to processes, and fostering collaboration across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
  • Building, leading, and nurturing high-performing engineering teams.
  • Driving critical components of our product and engineering strategy.
  • Promoting innovative methodologies, tools, and design approaches.
  • Communicating engineering strategies and insights to executives and various departments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and engaging with senior management.
  • Implementing advanced governance, security, and engineering practices.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in a relevant area.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proficiency in programming languages.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing medium-sized teams.
  • Preferred experience in the Adtech/Martech sector for 3+ years.
  • 3+ years of experience in communicating with executive leadership.
  • Experience with AWS tools for over a year.
  • Proven ability to lead blended teams of engineers.
Additional Attributes:
  • Experience in a private equity-backed organization is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to visualize and communicate complex systems in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
