Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Product Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine our value proposition, competitive positioning, messaging, and content to reach health plans and organizations who can benefit from Wellth's offerings.
  • Program Manage Go-to-Market Initiatives: Work closely with our Go-To-Market team to develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring alignment with integrated campaign strategy.
  • Partner with Product and Sales Teams: Collaborate with Product to bring new offerings to market, developing targeted messaging, positioning, and marketing creative informed by product understanding, customer needs, and competitive differentiation.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive news to identify opportunities for and execute targeted campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing or go-to-market experience in a high-growth B2B technology company (healthcare experience a plus).
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience spanning marketing, product marketing, product management, or strategy consulting.
