The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Office of Research, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and compliant conduct of human subject research.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular reviews of IRB-approved research projects to ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and other regulations.
Collaborate with QA/QI specialists and project teams to identify and address concerns, promoting research compliance and subject safety.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidance to support the MCW HRPP QA/QI program and human subject research compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, research, quality assurance).
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, research compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of human subject research protection, regulations, and post-approval oversight.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
