About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring our strong presence in the market. You will lead a global sales team, located around the world, selling cruises, insurance, excursions, pre/post packages, air, and ground transportation to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales growth and hit targets by successfully leading a sales team, utilizing inbound and outbound sales strategies.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure our strong presence in the market.

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Identify and implement new CRM, communications, and reporting systems, with a preference for experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.

• Direct the team to provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating, and exceeding customers' expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.

• Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

• Strong business sense and industry expertise.

• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

• Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus.
