Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and planning for district, regional, and national retail operations.

- Prepare and analyze extensive data sets, including regional performance scorecards.
- Develop intuitive reports and dashboards using various analytical tools.
- Optimize data integration processes to support internal and external reporting requirements.
- Generate and present retail and field-facing reports on a regular basis.
- Create presentation materials for Executive Governance meetings.
- Undertake special projects to align with strategic company initiatives.
- Assist with month-end sales reporting and executive summaries as required.
- Ensure the accuracy of reporting across all departments, including sales, service, distribution, and marketing.


This is a full-time position with the potential for long-term engagement. The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in data analytics and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Familiarity with Tableau is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM and/or SAP systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.


Compensation:
$32-35/hr
