Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of associates and managers to achieve or exceed targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.
  • Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
  • Ensure the QSR consistently meets or exceeds brand standards and food safety requirements.
